Your username is your email address. Let Kabir know if you think the R/S has your email address wrong or if you haven't yet been entered into the R/S system.
Get your email; the site will have sent you an email message with a link: If you don't receive an email, wait a few minutes; check your email junk or spam folders; contact Kabir or a Fellow to make sure you are in the system with the correct email address.
Follow the link and create a password.
Password tips: A good password is long but easy for you to remember. 4 or 5 random common words together will work quite well for our purposes -- it will be easy for you to remember and very hard for someone (or an automated system) to guess. (See this fun discussion if you are interested in the nitty gritty.)
If you are already logged in, you'll see the room schedule
If you are not logged in:
Your username is your email address
If you already have created a password, use that. To create a new password (for the first time, or if you forgot your old password), follow these instructions.
If you check the "Stay logged in" checkbox, then your current webbrowser on your current computer will remember you and log you in automatically each visit until you log out
If you leave the "Stay logged in" checkbox unchecked, then the browser will forget you when you quit it.
You should always log out of the R/S site when you have visited from a computer that other people use.
